Website visits
The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages, used to deliver and operate the website. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Free tools and downloads
The starting-point questions are handled in your browser. This website does not submit or store your answers. To access free resources, you provide an email address. We store it in Supabase with the request date, your optional marketing choice and the version of the notice shown. Your email is not verified and this does not create a member account. A necessary access cookie remembers your access in this browser for 30 days. Marketing is optional and unticked by default; declining it does not affect access. Contact John to withdraw marketing consent or request deletion.
Contacting John
Email and telephone links open your own email or telephone application. Information you choose to send is received by John so he can respond to your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive health information in an initial enquiry; ask John how to share it appropriately.
External booking
The introductory call link takes you to John McKean Academy, outside this website. Information entered there is handled by that booking service. Review its privacy information before submitting a request.
Cookies and accounts
The member area uses Supabase for account authentication, programme access and saved lesson completion. Necessary session cookies keep members signed in. Free resources use a separate necessary cookie to remember requested access for 30 days. Administrators can see account email, activation status, last sign-in, programme access and completion counts; changes to access are recorded in an audit history. Reflection answers are not collected. These account and access records are used to operate and support your membership. Contact John about retention, correction or deletion. Public pages do not use advertising trackers. External booking services and hosting access protection may use their own cookies and policies.

Contact John to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, and the retention arrangements that apply to your enquiry or sessions. If a concern cannot be resolved, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
