Mental performance and hypnosis

Understand the response.
Rehearse what helps.

Coaching helps you explore the thoughts and expectations behind a block. Mental rehearsal lets you practise how you want to respond before taking it into training and competition.

John may use hypnosis as guided, focused work alongside that rehearsal. Discuss how he would use it for your situation, whether it suits you and what you are comfortable with. Hypnosis requires your consent.

Questions about hypnosis or participation? →

Progress is individual; no competition result is guaranteed. A parent or guardian should enquire first for a youth athlete.
